A ~350-acre contiguous campus currently advancing through design and commercialization initiatives with prospective hyperscale tenants. Selected for near-term power access, the site sits adjacent to major electrical and regional utility infrastructure, offering a rapid path to capital-efficient deployment.

Anchored by Manitoba Hydro with 2 MW operational today, scalable to 100 MW via an adjacent 115 KV transmission line. Land assembly expanding to 500 acres with access to the TransCanada natural gas pipeline for hybrid capacity. One of Canada's most reliable energy corridors with no power waitlists or moratoriums.
